I don’t know who needs to hear this, but the mass prescribing of statins has not brought down rates of heart disease In fact, they are higher than they have ever been— and most people being admitted to hospital with heart issues are already on statins Ask more questions, folks!

I once read somewhere that after an especially exhausting life,some souls choose to reincarnate as a tree spending a century just resting. I haven't looked at trees the same since then

@Kadotttt Yes, tree, rocks, plants & water all have consciousness and are aware of their existence. That's why hugging a tree is a good way to ground yourself along with walking barefoot on the grass. It will be even more so after ascension!

Most of us have been here a very long time and forced to incarnate over and over again with a memory wipe after each life.This went on until late 2019, no one is forced to return now unless they desire to or have unfinished work.

@Kadotttt I've never heard of that. However, it is common for someone who has had an unusually difficult life to choose to wait at least a thousand years before reincarnating again because the soul needs a long rest.
