@banfflakelouise unbelievable how poorly set up the tourism is for Lake Louise. No parking, and the options are ridiculously overpriced and limited, especially for those with pets. @YourAlberta how can we consider ourselves a world class destination? Embarassing.

@jahardman Honestly this is something I can’t wait for AI to fix. Over the phone customer service is always such a painful experience

i can't stand calling customer service - anytime i need to read out a word or confirmation number (like an airline booking number) I freeze up when saying the word corresponding to the letter. "Echo" for "E" is about the only one that is fixed in my brain. for others I inevitably blurt out a random word (with the right first letter mind you) that just confuses things.

@jahardman I still haven’t figured out the ticket lol. So strange you have to pay for 2… the train, and the seat separately. I don’t know of anywhere else in the world so confusing haha

@NickEdTech Yeah I figured that was possible but everyone i talked to had tickets. Anyway figured out how to get one. As my wife said it’s a real ifyyk kind of place

Word to the wise - if you are planning to take the Narita express to the airport from Tokyo station make sure to budget approximately 47 hours to figure out how to buy a ticket and find the train.
