@GandalfStaff @OVOJay1843 I know this may shock you but KC doesn’t pay WRs that much. How do you expect a zebra to change its stripes, go get George Pickens then expect them to change again and pay him and then draft makai lemon??

I know this is going to shock you but KC actually has more than 2 picks to use in the draft. You can still address other positions after you’re done giving your HOF QB what he needs instead of prioritizing a washed up, geriatric defensive coach who prefers luxury British ocean-liners as DE’s and who consistently churns out mediocre/terrible defenses no matter how many resources are sunk into his side of the ball.

Same people who complain in the regular season we have no pass rush btw. Tell me the last time we ever traded for someone like George Pickens and paid them..

@toddalator @GandalfStaff The chiefs haven’t have a real wr coach in so long. We finally have one. I would expect rice and worthy to take a good step forward

@NohlWayOut @GandalfStaff I’m in favor of the original post bcuz I’m tired of watching Mahomes struggle with the talent around him. Mahomes is all time great and they surround with mediocre receivers. I have to imagine he starts getting frustrated at some point

@NohlWayOut @GandalfStaff Oh I don’t think the Chiefs want Pickens. They had him in for a top visit the year of his draft. After the meeting they took him off their board. But they need a dude. I don’t know if that’s Lemon, but get Mahomes some help

@NohlWayOut @GandalfStaff They need a dude in that room for sure. Rice will be gone after this season, and he ain’t that dude. Worthy, I’m willing to give him one more season to see wha he has. But they do not have anything close to a true WR1 imo

@GandalfStaff @NohlWayOut I don’t understand the entire thought process of “Mahomes doesn’t need great weapons, he won with Toney, Moore & MVS” which is true he did, but that should never be the default plan.
