Smt.Usha Padhee, Additional Chief Secretary of @HUDDeptOdisha along with Finance Expert, OUHM made an exposure visit to Chennai to study innovative models and best practices adopted by Tamil Nadu under Affordable Housing Projects and Affordable Rental Housing - PMAY (U).

“Angikaar 2025”, a last-mile outreach campaign, is launched by @MoHUA_India and will run for a period of two months, till 31st October 2025. Aiming to facilitate beneficiaries PM Surya Ghar, Housing Loan and other schemes, to enrol special focus group in PMAY-U 2.0.

On #LocalSelfGovernanceDay2025, Hon’ble CM Shri Mohan Charan Majhi handed over allotment letters & house keys to 12 AHP beneficiaries. Work Orders for BLC houses were also distributed to 4 beneficiaries including 3 from TG community.

PMAY(U) team of Andhra Pradesh visited Odisha to understand best practices adopted under PMAY(U). The team visited AHP & ISSR sites of Bhubaneswar and Group Housing at Chikiti, Ganjam; also interacted with the officials and beneficiaries. @HUDDeptOdisha @PMAYUrban @aptidco

1.47 lakh houses were approved under #PMAYUrban 2.0 in 14 States/UTs during 4th CSMC meeting, chaired by Shri Srinivas Katikithala, @Secretary_MoHUA. With this latest approval, the total number of houses sanctioned under PMAY-U 2.0 is now 8.56 lakh. #HousingForAll

A lottery was conducted by BMC for allotment of Housing Units in AHP Project under PMAY(U) at Buddha Vihar, Chandrasekharpur. Total 176 Beneficiaries were finalised for allotment. @MoHUA_India @PMAYUrban @HUDDeptOdisha
