this thought of documenting and making vids keeps popping up for months but i have resistance to it
sooooo this is to say fuck the resistance and lets see what happens
this is a vid i filmed a few months ago in romania and ive gone to new heights since then (in terms of lifestyle, money im making etc..)

i moved home with my parents at 30. became a millionaire by 32 or 33. but sure as hell didn’t have it all figured out. there were tougher times ahead than there were behind… bigger mistakes to be made with higher consequence, but I made fewer of them as I got older and wiser.

15s AI UGC videos shouldn't cost you more than $1.
most of you are paying WAY more than that without realizing it.
SaaS platforms charge $5 to $30+ per video.
and human creators charge $150 to $500 since agencies have 20+ different things to bundle in.
so producing a few hundred variants for paid testing is pretty cooked, meaning people cap their volume just to keep the cost manageable.
now, at the underlying generation rate, each video runs about $0.01 per second, (or $0.17-$0.30 MAX for Seedance 2.0)
either way, that's $0.15-$0.20 for a 15 second clip.
but the reason brands pay 30x to 100x that isn't the production cost.
it's the markup.
every SaaS platform runs on the same third party models and charges margin on top of the access.
you're paying for the models + the platform's cut + the subscription + the tier upgrades as you scale.
so when you run the generation direct through the platform instead of through a SaaS product that wraps it, the markup collapses to the underlying cost.
which is exactly why brands running serious volume are bringing the whole thing in-house.
your own infrastructure, your own generation platform keys, the models running direct.
no platform is sitting in the middle taking a cut on every video you generate.

When starting out in affil, keep it simple.
You do not need a tracker.
You will prob have 1 acc 1 offer 1 page - just keep track in an excel sheet.
You do not need a spy.
You can just go through ad libraries, and download / mark down stuff for later.
You do not need a a landing page builder.
A lot of offers can be profitably direct-linked. Otherwise, a cheap hosting + chatgpt coding or WordPress will get you VERY far.
and... goes without saying, you do not need an LLC just yet...
