@kerwood @taxusdt Why would they 10k for xrp? They would get it at the market value or ripple would give government the tokens or sell at a reduced price. After the government have received their tokens then the price would go up and pay the price as it goes up.

This doesn’t make sense. As someone else said I would be upset if my government paid $10k for something that they could buy for significantly less just at market price. What might happen is they may purchase some and then do something with treasuries at $10k or something similar. I am hoping that they do purchase a significant amount and in doing so they may also be gifted some of the outstanding amount as well. For instance at a 2, 3, or 5:1 ratio or even more Pushing the value up. Only time will tell what the plan is.
