Getting abusive and threatening calls from a one card recovery agency. They are not following any RBI rules, not sharing their agency name, and using foul/inappropriate language. This has caused mental harassment and stress. Request @onecard @RBI to take strict action

So I have a @GetOneCardIN. I want to close 1 of 2 FDs. They say I need to close both but don't have any documentation to support this. If I close both they say I cannot apply for another card with them again. They'd rather lose a customer than hear them out - Such arrogance!

It’s the most fraudulent company ever they connected with me through call but till now I haven’t got any resolution or any promised refund even the person who contacted me and promised me for the refund he is not picking up the call @OneCardHelp @jagograhakjago @PMOIndia @RBI
