@PAC_HelpDesk I use the PAC Global app for iPhone. I couldn’t sign out, so I removed and redownloaded the app to import seed. But, app is asking me to login using email address and it doesn’t advance beyond that screen. Help.

@antbee_xrp Hello, This means that your wallet is most likely offline, Close the app completely and restart it. If that does not fix the issue, make sure you have your seedphrase saved. Logout and log back in to make a new connection.

@umedass_fx Hello, Upgrade your yanSAFE to 2.1.4, this will change the fees used for transfers :) To do this: Close yanSAFE and download the lastest version of our website. Now run the installer and it will update your yanSAFe.

@Dontaskitsano1 Hello, If you are using PACSafe your wallet is most likely not synced. Make sure you are using yanSAFE and sync your wallet completely.

To do this go to your Masternode tab Select the Masternode in question Click "Edit Masternode Click Remove Masternode Now after 1 block confirmation you can setup a new Masternode.

This is because you are running ubuntu 20.10, this version is no longer supported by ubuntu. Best practice is to update the ubuntu version to the one that is supported. @PacMan97963596 @yp_pac @PACcoinOfficial You are in control of those nodes and also responsible for the maintenance on the Masternodes. I cannot change that or it would be a centralized system. There will always need to be updates or simple maintenance you need to do to your Masternode.

@PacMan97963596 @yp_pac @PACcoinOfficial We try to make it as easy as possible, It is already way easier then any other place in this space to run a full node on your own. There are some steps to the update if you are running an outdated operating system but you can always just destroy and recreate.
