Hey @PadernoCookware my coffee maker is missing a seal around the the pot lid causing it to leak whenever I pour a cup... anything you can do for me? I like your product (I have many) so I'm pretty disappointed.

@PadernoCookware I am disappointed that there are no more Paderno Store outlets, now no more big sales. Now all at @CanadianTire seem so expensive. I want a new stainless steel set but prices out of my range now. Love what I have and wanted more. Any sales coming soon?

@PadernoCookware my handle came off one of my pot covers. How do I get it replaced or repaired? Can’t find receipt but that shouldn’t matter. It shouldn’t come off.
