Just heard that the local NHS is cancelling clinics, some doctors from ethnic minority/global majority have told me they are afraid to work, doctors being offered security escorts from their cars to work in Urgent Care centres. Tragic consequences of racist protests/riots.

@PaulWilliamsLAB Lobby for pharmacies to be paid properly for providing urgent care on a Bank Holiday evening.

I’m working in Urgent Care tonight, as I often do on Bank Hols. It’s 7pm. There are *no* pharmacies open now in Tees Valley. I’ve already had 2 patients I’ve given sub-optimal care too as I can’t access the medication they need. Who can change this? It’s a recurring problem.
