Yes. Mas better po to stick on a schedule. Ako I always set an alarm, wala namang masama dun, di naman ako naaabala. Mas panatag pa isip ko pag on-time ako umiinom nng ARV.

Dear Blood Sibs (lalo na sa newly diagnosed), Reminder lang: ang ARV ay hindi vitamins na iniinom anytime. Kailangan same time every day as advised ng HIV Hub/doctor. Walang skip. Walang late. Consistency = better health 💊 #PHLIV #PLHIVdiaries

Ang takaw ko because of TLD, so I had to integrate daily cardio/exercise na talaga.

Diagnosed in 2018. Was too nervous. I was scared of dying immediately, but i took charge of my life and health. Never felt better. Never been hospitalised. Been UD ever since.

Been so busy with life that I rarely think i am HIV+. It's no big deal to me now as long as I take 1 pill a day.

Did you know, kasama na CD4 test sa Philhealth? I didn't know that until I had my annual VL last month. Coz i used to pay for my CD4 test every time.

@BisdakPoz I see good, kasi for me important pareho si vl and cd4. Minsan sinasabi VL is enough kasi may impact naman yun sa cd4. Pero makulit ako. Gusto ko both tests palagi ko nakikita results 🤗

@PozitiveReality Sa city govt ang hub ko. So far sa kanila lang din ang regular cd4 and vl tests. Ang out of pocket ko. Os yung standard labs - cbc etc.
