Thank you kindly. At that time, I was 4 years into handling a ruptured disk in my lower back. I posted the story on that on my timeline. Another miracle if anything. After that long with the head tilt, it was also causing a curvature in my spine. That curvature went away eventually. It was a bumpy road getting to where I am at life, but at 60 and comfortably retired, life has never been better.

@1Nicdar LIkely a safety issue. If damaged, they wouldn't be able to retract and it would make escape from the vehicle extremely difficult. Plus, you're relying on underbody functional components where corrosion is an issue. Even retracting steps on pickups had problems.

Exactly. I went at length to explain to someone in this thread that his creation of the universe model had a serious issue with the beginning. He claimed that a "lattice" existed with "unfiltered radiation" that fractured and created matter. He had no explanation as to how this "lattice' with its laws and near infinite energy via radiation came into existence or where it acquired all that energy from. Its unanswerable. He just started hurtling insults and called my claims bullshit. Well, no. It's a valid question. His "lattice" is, in fact, his version of a God. I don't believe we will ever know the answer.

That’s true. The only intellectually honest answer “I don’t know and neither do you”. So the atheist aren’t right either. All we know definitively is ….. there there is a force of creation that exists outside of time space and matte, whatever it is, and that’s what we call “god”.

So, this was my day today… Today the House advanced HB3660, a bill to legalize the use of composted human bodies as fertilizer. If this bill is put into law, Oklahoma joins 14 BLUE states that have legalized this process. So, instead of outlawing this type of practice outright, we’re on track to take the use of humanure as fertilizer another disgusting step forward. 🤢

Just so you know: carbon dioxide is heavier than air. It settles and fills the glass. This is why the kitten jerked out of the glass to gasp for air. I'm very comfortable and grounded in my questioning. You attempt to explain your model from within the lattice itself. You cannot step outside your model and explain why this lattice (with its specific rules) exists at all- instead of some other lattice or perfect, eternal, absolute non-existence. That is the remaining question, which no model built inside reality can fully answer without assuming the starting point as a given.
