What the headline doesn't tell you is: $RKLB just closed the $155.3M Mynaric acquisition, laser optical communications in-house, European footprint in Munich, and direct integration into a $1.3B Space Development Agency prime contract. Mynaric makes the hardware that lets satellites talk to each other at high speed. Without it, constellation operators have a constellation that can't communicate. That's the BOTTLENECK. And $RKLB now owns it. Layer that on top of the Gauss Hall-effect thruster (200+ units/year capacity), the expanded iQPS contract (15 total Electron missions, 7 flown at 100% success), and a $474M equity raise with another $474–642M secured by 2028. Q1 2026 earnings: May 7. Backlog above $2B. My $RKLB position hasn't changed. BofA has a $120 target. Stifel is now at $105.
