We’re building machines that rewire human behavior and nobody is ready for the consequences. AI is changing how we think, feel and decide faster than most people realize. Here’s a collection of my threads on AI 🧵👇 I’ll keep updating as I publish more. Bookmark to revisit.

ADHD is not being able to fold your own laundry for 9 days but driving 40 minutes to help a friend move apartments on 2 hours notice. With snacks. And a color-coded plan.

@RealProductGirl the irony is thick posts complaining about low-effort comments often get flooded with them anyway 😅 sadly, validation-seeking has replaced value-creating on this platform

I just saw a comment about wanting better engagement... leave more comments... 🙄 Exactly why I'm building a builders community. That's just noise to me. I don't want empty replies. I want real talk. 💯 Fight me. 🔥

@HsanC_ 100% we've gone from "AI is a tool" to "AI is the boss" way too fast guess we've to build the habit of double-checking and stress-testing its answers

STOP trusting AI so much. Most of us base our decisions on what it says (including me). But that’s actually a mistake. AI can be wrong too 🙌

@PsychoAIProd Great point. Most breakdowns are technique, not volume. Anchor the next rep to a concrete cue that fixes the last failure, not just do more. Find the exact moment you break, fix that cue, then reassess.

You do not get better just by trying again. You get better when you understand what was wrong and adjust. That is why feedback matters more than guessing. Practice gives you attempts. Feedback gives you direction.

If you lead people, try this within 24 hours. Start your next feedback conversation with one sentence about your own miss. No long speech. No overthinking. Just ownership first. That’s how you build trust, influence, and a team that actually listens.

What was the wildest non-prediction thing you experienced with this 'artificial god' model? Did it drop any truth bombs about the universe (or us humans) that still have you shaking? Spill whatever details you can.
maya benowitz 🕰️@cosmicfibretion

Words can not describe what I’ve just seen. I can’t go into the details but I was invited by a leading AI lab to play with a new model. It has solved math, physics, chemistry, life, the universe, and everything. The world will never be the same.

@yasminekho spot on your brain believes whatever you rehearse most negative self-talk becomes 'fact' because it's practiced but the same mechanism builds confidence, resilience and growth 🙂

Yasmine Khosrowshahi@yasminekho·
Your brain attaches emotion to repeated thoughts. Think about something often enough, and it starts to feel true even when it isn’t. That’s why negative self-talk becomes believable over time. And it’s also why deliberate positive reframing works. Repetition rewires perception.

When you go on Instagram and see an influencer talking about how good their life is, you can see the pain behind their eyes. Happy people don't need to persuade anyone else about how happy they are. They just be.

@RianSweetDoris so true without a fixed weekly structure, the preconditions for flow (clear goals + zero distractions) never line up consistently flow isn't magic, it's engineered through friction and routine

Rian Doris@RianSweetDoris·
Becoming “routine-driven” is one of the first requirements for accessing flow state more. Without routine, you have nothing to hold all the behaviors that increase flow. Imagine trying to build muscle with 60 sets randomly done all throughout every day of your week. Just like you need a workout routine to hold the sets that will build muscle, you need a weekly routine to hold the behaviors that will drive flow.

@thought_harbor this is a powerful truth the second you decide $10k a month is just another problem to solve, your mind stops making excuses and starts building bridges change your mind and you change your reality

You are the architect of your own limits. If you believe $10k a month is impossible, your brain will stop looking for ways to achieve it. If you treat it as a math problem, your brain will start looking for solutions.

Endurance is a differentiator. I've been writing online since 2007. I've seen a LOT of creators explode in popularity and then quit or pivot. To succeed, you didn't have to be "better" than them. You just had to keep going.

@MickDeBoer Wow, I'm sorry to read that, Mick. That's the kind of situation where there's no right vs wrong, but which trade-off you're willing to carry. Whatever you choose, just make sure it's something you can live with. Not just now, but later too.

@PsychoAIProd I'm currently breaking up with my girlfriend because of a few reasons – the pressing one is that I'm running out of visa time. The commitment to another visa would cost a lot, in various ways. We love each other. So it's a hard decision that may become my biggest regret.
