@PucaTuber Considering how well some birds can mimic human speech, it wouldn't surprise me to learn that a clever mammal could do the same. The thought that it might be something like a large wolf or hyena type thing would be all the more terrifying.

The Crocutta is a medieval voice mimicking a monster written about by Roman scholars. It would stalk its prey and learn to mimic their voices to lure them into the woods. Have you ever heard a familiar voice only to find that there is nobody there?

@StrifeyEN I have a 50+page script for an Irish folklore video I want to make...eventually. When I was studying, many of creatures I thought were Irish were actually Scottish or Welsh, including many of my favorites !_!

@PucaTuber Yessss! The Tuatha Dé Danann are one of my favs too. I've been trying to learn more legends from up north in the highlands and they have some wild stories up there too!

@PucaTuber There’s a small stone shrine in the forest nearby. People leave coins there and make wishes. I really like places tied to wishes and little rituals(ㅅ´ ˘ `)🪙 And yeah… in games I deliver asskickings to bosses in mysterious places😁

@PucaTuber I might be a little bit biased, but... scottish folklore. Have to shoutout Nessie of course, but also the kelpies and selkies are some of my favourites and the sith - the faeries, hence my vtuber theme!
