Trying to contact @DHLParcelUK is such a farce. Driver turned up an hour early, stuffed card thru the door and ran off... Then get a 'tried to deliver my parcel' with a diff timestamp. Suspicious as anything. Phone system is crap: just says left a card then cuts you off.

Today I had my first cryotherapy session in a chamber which has a temperature of -135°C. An unbelievable experience and so good for your health and well-being. I love the cold anyway but I think everyone should try this as the benefits are endless! @CryoLabsUK
