Nature degradation is projected to cost the UK economy a 12% loss to GDP over the next decade - greater than the impact of COVID‑19. I recently chaired a summit of UK businesses on nature risk to discuss why nature is fast becoming the next frontier for business resilience.

@KirstieMAllsopp I agree with you on this. I've lived and worked in (different parts of) London for my whole life and do not find it to be a dangerous place.

The number of men losing the plot because I refuse to condemn London as an unsafe place to live and get about in is extraordinary. I have no idea why they so passionately want to malign our capital city but it is deeply disturbing.

Our latest data at Cornwall Insight reveals that EV drivers charging at home during off-peak hours can make serious cuts to their refuelling bills: ⚡ Saving £800 a year under the energy price cap ⚡ Jumping to £1,150 for high-mileage drivers ⚡ And up to £1,780 on a dedicated off-peak EV tariff However, many EV drivers aren’t making the most of these savings. Research from @UswitchUK suggests up to 82% may be missing out on cheaper time-of-use tariffs. It’s not one-size-fits-all, and some off-peak tariffs come with higher peak prices or standing charges, but the opportunity is there for those who can take advantage. There’s also a growing divide in charging costs.
