As much as I like seeing people like and agree with my posts, I don’t wanna see people just being transphobic, that’s not the message im trying to send, TFem Jax is as valid as any other interpretation, and I support people who like her, it’s just not my interpretation

Unironically a better explanation is that male wizards don’t give a fuck about their age or appearance because they studied for power or research purposes. Female wizards, being women, would be acutely aware that crones have a bad rep and being hot gets them free shit. Therefor, the top priority would be preserving and maintaining their youth. Both end up obscenely old, but witches have their magic skin-care routine they all go through because nobody wants to be caught with a stray wrinkle at the weekly coven meeting.

I totally forgot Jax stereotyped Zooble in the bar scene in episode 5 why is nobody talking about this? (Not a hate post I’m just curious)

I think the Last Act would probably have made a better movie if it was episodes 7-9 and not just 8 and 9. Adding episode 7 gives context to episode 8 since 7 and 8 were originally going to be one episode, it would make the last act a nice 2*-hour, 3-act animated feature

@Randomolisher You talk as if the fandom weren't full of transphobic people who are quick to dismiss any interpretation of Jax as trans and to correct the pronouns every time she's referred to as “she.”

Jax being “confirmed” through a random art post on bluesky to be trans has destroyed this community, no more room for different interpretations, no nonbinary Jax, no gender fluid Jax, no cis Jax, only trans readings allowed. I don’t believe this was Goose’s intention in the end.

I answered their request and they just rejected everything I said, being open to multiple interpretations of subtext is like the literal opposite of cherry picking

@bloodlst I don’t think we should be excluding anyone’s perspectives unless they’re clearly doing it in bad faith, I agree that Jax isn’t just some 100% Cis guy, but there’s a lot of room for both gender-identity and gender expression readings I think

@Randomolisher regardless we should push it until any cis jax readee leaves the fandom 🤷🏼‍♂️ its a bit sitrict right now it will get better once the hype calma down and core fandom forms itself then we'll have every letter of the LGBTQ+ jax hopefully

@pumpketo You can read the scene between him and Zooble completely differently, he was in a depressed mood at the time and didn’t want to be bothered so he insults Zooble to try and make her go away, when she doesn’t he gives up
