@RiceSelect It is not helpful because no one eats quinoa dry......... can you confirm that the nutrition facts stay the same once your profuct is cooked? (Even if it expands in the cooking process)?

@riceselect your nutrition facts give the nutrient info for 1/4 cup, however, the cooking instructions say 1 cup yields 3 and 1/4 cup cooked quinoa.... are the nutrition facts for it dry or cooked? this is a bit unclear and confusing IMO
