Windstream worker Grant Diorio kicked off his coworkers’ effort to oust the union by filing a petition with NLRB in January, impacting his work unit of roughly 120 Windstream employees. Mr. Diorio filed the petition with free legal aid from @RightToWork staff attorneys.

At its core, the preferred business model of union bosses is legalized extortion of the very workers they claim to represent: "pay me dues or I'll have you fired" It's hardly surprising that this attracts individuals who operate in other unethical (and frequently illegal) ways.
