Lil Tjay allegedly instigated the fight that led to Offset being shot by one of Tjay’s associates, according to police. Police have reviewed security footage of Lil Tjay hopping out of his vehicle, pointing out Offset, and leading his group over to him. Lil Tjay also filmed the incident on his phone. (via TMZ)
