Evangeline Booth was born to Salvation Army founders William and Catherine Booth and went on to become the 4th General of The Salvation Army. She greatly grew the church through her heart for God as well as the many hymns she wrote that are still being sung around the world.

We believe God still answers prayers today! The Salvation Army of Michigan City put that into practice last week for world day of prayer. They invited people to join them in praying for individuals around the world because we believe God hears us!
