A midrange Draven build that might see play could play Rell and Spinning Axes + Longswords to justify Rell, fixing potentially the 4 energy gap after Vanquisher Ban.

@iSlimfit £1,040 isn’t what’s stopping people saving. Being underpaid, overtaxed, and watching rent, energy, and transport eat half their salary is.

British people will spend £4 on a meal deal every single working day, never cook, never calculate the annual total and then wonder why they can’t save. £4 a day is £1,040 a year. Eaten in a park. Under grey skies. In a triangle sandwich. This is not judgement. Just observation.

@ogata_takenari @SCButterMeUp @NovaRiftbound Prior to these rules updates, within the steps for conquering and establishing control after a combat showdown, the Attacker designation (and by extent the Assault bonus) is removed before the battlefield is conquered.

I like the bans. I was thinking it would’ve been Draven Legend instead of red Draven, but as long as this is enough to put Draven in line, it seems good. The deck can still be played, no collateral on the signature etc. #RBUnleashed hype 📈 big time.

@ArachNedS Lack of reavers, red draven, obelisk and FoF is going to be a massive impact

Great changes, I don't love all of the bans but I do think this is a step in the right direction.

Draven now only has access to a 5e/1p champ that is arguably worse than a ferrous and a 6c/1e that has a big downside and very little ways to protect it in Red/Purple

Everyone who just bought all their miracle Ez and Draven stuff for £Hundreds for the RQ in 2 weeks probably not too happy. I honestly have no idea what this does to the meta, but it will certainly freshen things up

What I would like: No bans Maybe restricts to 1-2 of certain cards that are dominating, like rebuke, called shot Deck size increased to 45-50 Sideboard increased to 10 And my last spicy take, Combat is only considered combat if the damage step has taken place.

@DizzeeRiftbound @riftboundop Yeah, very true. Its why I stopped playing one piece, best of 1 and no Sideboard meant practically an insta loss, became very stale. Whatever they do, I hope it shakes up the meta

@SCButterMeUp @riftboundop Baron, Elder, Vilemaw and now the new Vex unit all are an auto loss if you don’t answer them immediately so I agree with that. But I think 10 in SB basically resolves that problem.

My hopes for the #Riftbound rules and changes today: Combat changes- winning a combat is only determined if combat damage was dealt to a unit. Side deck size- increased to 10. Deck size- increased to 45. Bans- Called Shot, Scrapheap and Obelisk of Power @riftboundop
