Women get equal opportunities in every aspect, female heroes are treated with tons of respect, and the only argument you could have if fan service, but that was literally just Mt Lady and Midnight being themselves. Give One Piece a watch.

Maybe you don't see it coz the fandom ecosystem is currently balanced so shippers, powerscalers, agendaposters etc... coexist in their own circles
