@thdxr @ryanflorence How do you mark a lib as having no side effects?
English

@ryanflorence anyone serious about lambda functions is running their stuff through esbuild
and if the lib is structured right (marked no side effects or using PURE) the stuff will get tree shaken in both cases
but yes absent of tree shaking you are correct

@pronskiy @frankdejonge @ChubbBilly The syntax isn't ambiguous, but the behavior might be, as demonstrated by the eval. Is there something implicit which prevents this class of bug?
English

@frankdejonge @ChubbBilly You don’t need test cases for that, because if there was ambiguity, the grammar wouldn’t compile at all

@lullabot What about SEO? You have to take extra care to put content in slots or might me missing out on indexing, or require search engines to execute JavaScript for indexing...

We cover the benefits and downsides of custom Web Components, and give you some advice on whether you should use them in your Drupal project.
Long story short: it depends.
