@divineruins_ @jegaevi Literally everyone will have moments when they'd prefer not to talk to a stranger or a family member or acquaintece. Where does that normal desire end and the pathologic desire begin? The autistic people I know don't have to do a Voight-Kampff test to prove their pathology.

I can't stand seeing neurotipical people say stuff like "my special interest" or "overstimulated". That's not your special interest, that's your hobby and you are not overstimulated, you are overwhelmed. And you are not going "nonverbal", you just don't feel like talking.
