@JeffStenquist I think our question lies within the realm of legality. Since it is legal medically here, do you think Utah companies should be testing or is that a possible violation of their medical privacy?

@SlopesCommons Years ago I had an employee who’s job performance deteriorated until I let him go. He admitted it was because he had been smoking weed. Most companies, mine included, require drug and background checks for potential hires. It’s a reasonable practice to vett candidates.

My favorite moment was when the CEO of Domo, during his opening said something to the affect "I got 10 million dollars from the state for staying in Utah. I don't plan on moving, and I don't need 10 million dollars." Food for thought while we talk about tax cuts. #utpol
