She Got the Job 💙 Congratulations Lauren for getting the job! When asked what having a job means to her, Lauren said it means her future is looking brighter ✨ Well done!!

What do women aged 16-25 have? Passion, determination & ambition. But youth unemployment is at 13.9%, with 379,000 women not in education, employment, or training 📉. This #InternationalDayOfTheGirl, Smart Works is calling on employers to harness their potential. #SmartWorks
