SPFL STATEMENT
Theyโve come out to explain why Hearts are not at home on the final day of the season.

โCeltic have been given a home match on the final day of the season, partly because they have three home matches post-split and Hearts and Rangers only have two.
In recent seasons we have been able to have the club at the top of the table entering into the split at home on the final day.
However, that has not been possible on this occasion due to the number of competing constraints and the most exciting title race in years making each fixture round very unpredictableโ

Itโs even worse than I thought. In the last 16 seasons it has happened 15 times. For season 25/26 it will read: Top At Break - Hearts Last Game - Away to Celtic A disgrace. #Hearts #Rangers #Celtic

So a 38 game season, all teams play 19 home matches and 19 away. At this stage weโve been to ibrox and Tynecastle twice but now itโs cheating because the post split fixtures have been released ๐คฃ genuinely incredible outlook from that lot.

If we have to go to Parkhead on the last day of the season its an absolute disgrace.
Nothing to do with us playing them but more down to the fact only 600 of our support would be let in to potentially see us lift our first league title since the 60s.

Post split fixtures out today. I'm expecting to see Old Firm game played early after split And a huge match to end the campaign that may decide the title e.g. Celtic Vs Hearts Which would be absolutely must watch TV if Celtic are out of it but Hearts can still win title!
