NEGATIVES ABOUT JULIAN NAGELSMANN BALL.
• Julian Nagelsmann is regarded as an “elite” manager but elite managers don’t get sacked mid season.
• Nagelsmann was sacked by Bayern Munich mid season for loosing the dressing room, and not being in alignment with the board.
• At United, we praise coaches for not being a puppet but in reality, the board direction and employer must be in alignment for there to be progress or they’ll be a fallout or sacking.
• He has capability to fallout with the board and that destroys progress and development of the project / “rebuild”
• He gets too tactical, he is innovative and less simplified.
• He can get Undermined in the dressing room.
• In his cause to play an unpredictable football, he over complicates things and his team falls apart,
(Hopefully he is a different person and has gained experience coaching Germany)
🚨 | #mufc have now completed ALL of their background work on possible new head coaches, although no interviews have take place yet.
Although it feels as if Michael Carrick is in a strong position, NOTHING has been decided.

🚨🎙️ | David Ornstein provides an UPDATE on the manager situation at #MUFC:
“The way things are going, I do NOT see United picking the likes of Iraola, Glasner or Silva ahead of Carrick.
"Although if they miss out on the Champions League, I assume they would all come into play. That's why we'll have to be a bit patient.
"I hear United have COMPLETED ALL of their background work and no doubt spoken to representatives, although I'm told NO interviews with candidates have taken place yet; if they had we would probably have heard whispers at the very least.
"It's a huge call for United and their sporting director Jason Wilcox - he's LEADING the process and will make a recommendation to the board.
"As things stands, it might feel like Carrick is in pole position... however nothing has been decided and therefore it could, of course, end differently.”

🚨 Barcelona sporting director Deco has reportedly informed Marcus Rashford that the club do not plan to keep him beyond this season, even at a reduced fee. The Manchester United loanee is not viewed as the right tactical fit and is believed to have fallen short of expectations.
As a result, a permanent deal now appears highly unlikely, with Barcelona unwilling to meet the reported £30 million valuation to secure his transfer. [@ElNacionalWeb] #mufc
🚨 Julian Nagelsmann is one of the names discussed in internal conversations at Man United, but sources push back any suggestions that talks have taken place. [@JacobsBen, @UnitedStandMUFC] #mufc
Even Andoni Iraola secured promotion la liga promotion with Rayo Vallecano. I can remember his team playing really exciting football defeating Madrid and Barcelona too.
He has a much better CV than Carrick who's done nothing in his career. Just a puppet in Wilcox's hands.
Manchester United's players have been warned they'll be banned for up to 18 games if they breath air during the remaining fixtures. It's a new rule introduced this week. It will apply to United, but not opponents.
🚨 The Manchester United hierarchy now have SERIOUS reservations about making Michael Carrick the club’s permanent head coach after the team’s recent wobbles. #MUFC [@DiscoMirror]
🚨💣 BREAKING:
🗣️ @AndyMitten on if Manchester United’s defeat and performance against Leeds will impact Michael Carrick being appointed long-term as head coach:
"Nothing has changed. If he takes Manchester United into the Champions Legaue, he will KEEP the job. Manchester United have been and will continue to do their due diligence over the managerial possibilities, where coaches are likely to be in one years time, two years time and that’s exactly what they should be doing.
The way it is at the moment, it works in Carrick’s favour. Some of the people, for various reasons, World Cup or whatever, will not be available. People are pretty comfortable with Carrick, but he needs to get that Champions League."

🚨 𝗡𝗘𝗪: Reporter: “You played with Cristiano Ronaldo at Euro 2004, what was it like?”
Luis Figo: “I played with Ronaldo!? No. He played with me. It’s different.” 🤯
