The Goths have nothing to do with Deutscher history btw, i say Deutscher history because the English language as simplistic as it is sometimes calls the Germanic tribes the German tribes. There are like 4 Gothic individuals part of Baiuvarii and Thuringi samples, thats it.

@Tencterer Das ist ja in dem Teil von Friedrichshain, in dem man nach dem Krieg in großem Stil Plattenbauten errichtet hat. In dem Teil Berlins war ich noch nie, könnte ich mir aber bei Gelegenheit mal anschauen.

Teilweise ging die Ästhetik der DDR schon ziemlich hart, wie hier beim Palast der Republik von innen. Das hat was Monumentales. Der Kontrast dazwischen und dem kleinen, alten Honecker mit Fispelstimme könnte nicht größer sein. Ein junger Honecker hätte viel besser dazu gepasst.

Why is this a real Shield sign of the Germanic Tubantes tribe? Auxilia palatina, Late Roman field army of the Magister militum praesentalis II. Was the artist simply bad, or did one of them look like he stank?

Most of them are clearly identified as high Steppe Frisii (first ones) by McColl and everyone knows how Tacitus described their phenotypes. Either the predicted facial features are wrong or Tacitus was a liar or clueless.
