🏗️Construction Update at The Colwick! 🚧 We're thrilled to share that construction is moving full speed ahead. Our concrete podium is officially topped out, and wood framing is rising fast! Thank you to our dedicated team, contractors, and partners for making it possible.

We’ve officially wrapped up Week 2 of our annual Real Estate Entrepreneurship Youth Program, in partnership with @Street2Ivy. Students have been introduced to the fundamentals of commercial real estate investing. We’re excited to continue the momentum over the next four weeks!

Last week, we celebrated the topping off of One Harbor Shore, the final building in our 21-acre Fan Pier master plan. Thank you to the incredible teams who made this moment possible. We’re proud to mark the final chapter of this transformative waterfront vision.
