My parents are celebrating their 40th wedding anniversary and rented a large venue for the entire family. Yesterday, my sister called and told me that my wife wasn't invited because some relatives "don't get along with her" and they wanted to avoid drama. I was stunned. My wife has been by my side for 12 years. She's the mother of my children. She's sat through every holiday, every family gathering, every crisis. Now I'm supposed to show up alone, smile for photos, and celebrate as if excluding her is completely normal. My parents say it's just one night and that I shouldn't make it about me. But I don't see it that way. When you exclude my wife, you're excluding a part of my family. Maybe I'm overreacting, but if my wife isn't welcome at the table, I don't think I belong there either.

@Sassafrass_84 There is no such thing as a Republican voter in Texas. You do not register for a party. The only way this statement has any truth is that if you vote in a democrat primary, for example, you cannot vote in a Republican run off. Otherwise, there is no impact of parties in Texas.

And that is exactly what makes it so entertaining, because by exaggerating everything wrong with bad design, these creations become a perfect parody of user experience gone horribly wrong. @Sassafrass_84 I live in the UAE. I'm American, a Christian, and a veteran. There are Christian churches, temples (Hindu), and even a synagogue here. Please at least make some exceptions for the normal people who are muslim. They are not all ideologues and fanatics.
