Good morning Edinburgh. Walk to work from the station.

Out for a walk at Yellowcraig beach

4.5 miles at twilight. Pretty dark by the time I got back.

Saturday miles - just 5 of them today. Only managing to get out at the weekend at the moment. Motivation after work during the week is lacking!

6 miles in the rain. Easy pace all the way. Absolutely soaked by the time I got back.

Sunday miles - woke up far to early again. Hopefully I’ll sleep well tonight!

5 miles - base run. Woke up early this morning so felt pretty tired but glad I got out in the sunshine.
