@amuse Not selling it to him was disrespecting him, so that gives him a free murder. (That's according to the ghetto sociopathic mind, anyway.)

CRIME: Democrat’s defense of Karmelo Anthony taught Samuel Davis, 17, that it is okay to stab people. Davis was denied a tobacco purchase in San Antonio because he was underage and then stabbed the 25-year-old store clerk multiple times, killing him.

@Rothmus Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson is probably a fair representative of the average black man's politics.

Black men have voted 78-90% Democratic since the mid-1960s. Strong racial group identity, welfare, redistribution, affirmative action, and soft-on-crime policing. Give me more, don’t hold me accountable, we are one, it’s the system, it’s always someone else’s fault. This voting pattern is a mirror. The same tribalism, entitlement, and refusal to accept accountability that shape electoral choices don’t stay confined to the ballot box. They infect institutions, communities, and daily life across the board.

@AnthonyCumia Essentially what she's realizing is "If our community becomes productive and dependable ourselves, we can actually begin to prosper." Yep, it really is that easy, and we're all rooting for you.

She has to believe this. The truth is just too painful. Imagine coming from a people who have created nothing and having to watch every other society of people innovate, evolve and advance themselves while you are left in the dust. Thats why they have to believe this.

Black people are segregating themselves from us. Why? When we’re near them, we steal from them.

@charlesmurray Thanks for reading. This study demonstrates that environmental factors explain the apparent genetic ancestry association i.e. it refutes the hypothesis that "both genes and the environment have something to do with racial differences".

Sasha, surely by this time you know the paragraph in TBC summarizing our view on genes/environment. It is the sum total, EVERYTHING, that TBC claims about the role of genes. It's highlighted in the relevant page. How does your post pertain?

Periodic reminder that the only serious test of the hereditarian hypothesis on group differences showed that large differences in educational attainment were explained by environmental factors correlated with ancestry in Mexico. An example of The Bell Curve getting shredded.

@avidseries Based on your ideal, you should check out northern New Mexico (Albuquerque, Santa Fe, etc.)

The only above option I would never consider is the first one. The other three all seem desirable in their ideal forms. But that walkable big city neighborhood might have more nearby urban dysfunction than I'd like, that small town possibly no one I'd have anything in common with, and driving a half-hour to the grocery or hardware store gets old when you live out in the middle of nowhere. My ideal, though, remains a house out in the middle of a semi-arid landscape with mountains in the distance.

@avidseries In the mid-west, there's a fifth option which is my favorite. It's the rural area that is near a good-sized city. You live in a wooded area on lots of land, but all the amenities are within a 10-15 minute drive. It's like a suburb, but much more spread-out, wooded properties.

@Heccles94 Strawman much? Elon wouldn't do any of those things because they'd be pointless and destructive. Everything Elon is doing is visionary and productive. In fact, that's exactly how he became a trillionaire.

Would it be good for the world for one man to own a million homes all for himself? No. Would it be good for the world for one man to buy tonnes and tonnes of food, far more than one man could ever eat? No. Would it be good for society for one man to buy up all the medicine and keep it for himself? No. Billionaires are not good for society. Trillionaires are not good for society.
