Ingredients: makes 12-16 brownies 2 large sweet potatoes 2 cups creamy almond butter (unsweetened/natural for best results) 1 cup maple syrup 4 large eggs 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder ½ cup plain yogurt 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt ½–¾ cup semi sweet chocolate chips Cook sweet potatoes obvi + remove skin Mix everything in a bowl and insert in baking dish duh Bake at 350° for 45 min Let it cool for a grip Enjoy 😉
