Today Zimbabwe has an HIV infection rate of 11% from 22% on 2000. Many people have disputed Zimbabweโs position say that its numbers are based on low data collection but the Ministry confirmed that Zimbabweโs statistics do not come from Zimbabwe but the World Health Organization, UNICEF, PEPFAR, UNAIDS and other multilateral and global institutions.
