@Uber I couldn’t rely on your next pick up. I shouldn’t be charged because your drivers dropped out and there was no assurance this last driver would even turn up. A black cab was my only secure option.

@Uber your drivers cancel 3 pick ups in the middle of the night with only a few minutes to go, they get no penalty. I get a black cab, massively more expensive and the Uber driver who I cancelled, but you still charge me£7.03? Are you kidding?

@Uber absolute robbery by one of your drivers yesterday. Our volunteer was charged £119 for a £10 trip because the car smelled. The cat was in a carrier, there was no mess it was only approx 3 minute drive. It was abandoned & we needed to get it help. Shameful behaviour!
