Today, our Country Director @joyce_magala, together with partners, paid a courtesy visit to the Katikiro of Buganda to discuss the Sanitation in Markets Campaign under WASH is Everyone’s Business. The engagement focused on improving sanitation and hygiene in Kampala’s markets, starting with Nakulabye and Kibuye, where safe and dignified facilities are critical for public health and livelihoods. Working alongside @uwasnet, @bbstvug and the @BugandaKingdom_, the campaign aims to strengthen hygiene standards, community ownership and collective action in market spaces.
