As someone who’s been there since day one with Xbox, it’s exciting to see what’s next. It’s all about the games. We’re in a different era for gaming. Not everyone can afford every console, and for me it’s about giving people more ways to play Xbox games. Look at how many people are happy to finally play Call of Duty on a Nintendo console later this year, after 13 years. Now more people will get to experience games like Fable, Halo, and Gears on different platforms for the first time. I think that's dope! I’m going into the Xbox Games Showcase next week as excited as I was 25 years ago, because at the end of the day, I want more people to see why these games are so special.

@JackmoveJohnny Most PlayStation "revenue" is from 3rd party microtransactions and their actual profit margins are in the single digits. Their PC games are usually all profit if they recouped on PS5 already. The 1% revenue comparison downplays PC profit and is a bit disingenuous to me

@eonephoto They also did R&D and made those decisions when they had basically given up being competitive. They are going to have to go through another generation of people saying you don't need the console to play the games again. It's too late to pivot into caring about exclusivity.

Tomorrow would mark a full week of the worst week of my entire life. My mom has been diagnosed with cancer. The doctors haven't told her how severe it is, but just from me looking up the stages, it sounds like stage 4. All hope is not lost, I read even at stage 4, you can live up to 10 yrs. I just came from visiting her. She's still very weak and refusing to eat, but she's cracking jokes again. I'm afraid, sad, angry, lonely, and many other emotional states right now. I wouldn't wish this shit on my worst enemy.
