Is League dying? Ive never felt more disconnected to the game in a long time. Im not even playing the game to actually want to play it and am less and less motivated to grind or play every day. It really feels like a low point for me anyway. Game feels stale and dull and boring.

Yikes, looks like having the NVIDIA app installed was destroying perf in some of my games (mainly UE5 ones) like Black Myth Wukong and The Talos Principle 2. Uninstalling the NVIDIA app fixed some horrendous frametime issues and gave me an extra 15%+ of performance!

Surgery is just the equivalent of doing fucking raids in videogames wtf. You have to prep, then you do the raid with your healer (anesthesia) tank (scrub tec) dpses (surgeons), and you have to follow the steps of the raid or you don't get your reward (go home on time)
