@_7oodoo @JoshNorris It’s valuable to players as well. Especially players coming off of offseason injuries, or previous season ending injuries. Game speed and practice speed are two drastically different paces that cannot be matched any other way besides preseason.

@AlexMonfreda In a system where he gets more vertical stems, he serves the purpose the offense needs at X without garnering a target. He was completely mismanaged in year one imo. I've seen enough back shoulder clips to think it's a good pairing. Kubiak made MVS look good.

Physically he is an absolute specimen. Dreamy god-given tools. But he’s just so far away, man. Way too far away for me to even consider him a legitimate threat at this point in time. He has the right attitude, though!

97 receptions, 1088 yards, 10 TDs. Solid statistical season for a WR, right? Those are the COMBINED ‘25 stats of all 8 WRs currently on the Raiders’ roster. And while guys like Nailor and Bech should see a notable stat boost, it’s just laughable. Need a playmaker in that room.

The QB1 hype for Indiana Hoosiers QB Fernando Mendoza is VERY real. Not saying he’s guaranteed to be the top QB in the 2026 NFL Draft, but based on my early scouting of the position so far, he’s very much in play. Coach Cig & IU got a good one in Mendoza.

@FootballStock I was going with the BTT framing you suggested in OP. To get those to count ball has to be in a bucket to the correct location. I do have concerns with his regression from ‘24 to ‘25 but don’t know enough about circumstances he faced at PSU that contributed.

PFF Charted Drew Allar with 0 Big Time Throws vs OSU in 2024 on his 20 attempts & 12 completions I don't know their definition of "Big Time Throws" But... These were 4 of his 12 completions that required him to make what I would consider higher degree of difficulty plays

@FootballStock Out of bounds is the correct decision if the WR loses a redline battle. The result being positive does not inspire confidence about choosing to throw into the defenders leverage. The basic is a nice play and shows his toolbox is advanced. Decision making would be my concern.

The "wrong shoulder throws" are out of bounds if he throws them to the right shoulder Play 1 is a scramble where he splits two defenders and finds his checkdown, not a big time throw but a higher degree of difficulty and the basic in route is not a big time throw but the play requires creativity in the pocket and an on target off balance throw which I'd consider to be advanced
