If someone gives you a CSV file with 100,000 rows in it, what tools do you use to start exploring and understanding that data?

I don’t know if you get it but 1980 was 20 years ago, 1990 was 10 years ago and 2000 was 10 years ago and 2010 was 10 years ago.
