Caleb Downs is a first round pick, but not a Top 7 pick! Downs has 6 career INTs. No pick 6's! Perspective: -Ed Reed had 21 INTs at The U! -Sean Taylor had 10 INTs in one season! -Troy Polamalu had 3 pick 6's at USC! Game Changers, not just good players get picked at 7!
