✏️ Joy Ripart, Design. With director-level leadership at Domaine and senior-level work at Sweden Unlt'd, Joy brings her D2C-focused design expertise to The Beyond Group. She transforms everyday transactions into memorable interactions, creating thoughtful, high-performing solutions that respond to the moment.
⚙️ Jason Trill, Engineering. Drawing from director-level experience at Juul and Shogun, Jason builds systems that scale with intention. He creates foundations that can be built upon and guides conversations about codebases and tech stacks to make products as future-proof.
🔬 Jeff Guenther, Studio Technology. A PhD-level problem-solver, Jeff makes the previously impossible possible. His open source tools like Shopkeeper have earned recognition in the broader D2C community, including a 2024 Shopify Build award.

If we made a textbook on the foundations of good product design, here’s a question we’d start by answering: How many disciplines go into making a great digital product?
