Add it all up, and the story is simple: ActBlue accepted illegal foreign donations, misrepresented its fraud-prevention practices to Congress, and withheld documents responsive to the Committees’ subpoenas. All three of those are federal crimes.

After Ting quit in February 2025, Zain Ahmad was the only lawyer left at ActBlue, reporting directly to CEO Regina Wallace-Jones. In one of his first acts, he forwarded information about ActBlue and Wallace-Jones’s misconduct to the Board of Directors.

Ting’s resignation letter—which ActBlue continues to improperly withhold from the Committees—stated that he was leaving because ActBlue leadership refused to address grave “concerns” about its “past practices for screening political donations from abroad and its past representations to Congress regarding foreign donations and related matters.”

The Committees deposed five ActBlue employees, including top staff responsible for fraud prevention, to learn more about the platform’s acceptance of illegal donations—and the subsequent cover-up. In total, we asked them 146 questions. They refused to answer a single one, invoking their Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination every time.

SCOTUS did not always have 9 Justices. That has only been the case since the Judiciary Act of 1869. Originally it had 6 Justices, then 7, Lincoln took it up to 10 to make sure rulings went his way. But it's been 9 since 1869. So when Carville talks about making Puerto Rico and DC states to get more Senators, and adding 4 additional SCOTUS Justices - these things are linked. He needs a clear Senate majority to put through a new Judiciary Act to expand the number of Justices the Senate can appoint. That they understand how all these things are connected - and that he recommends no one talk about it as candidates - tells you it's serious.

They can ask a driver for their license at a traffic stop because there is implied consent and the idiots at SCOTUS have blessed pretextual stops.

I’m posting the video of what Virginia Beach is actually doing under this so-called “emergency” curfew. Meet my new client. Sgt. Michael Barker—a disabled combat veteran of the Global War on Terror who served with the 3rd Infantry Division in Iraq. After his service, he continued serving his community as a harm reduction instructor and started a small independent journalism page to help people understand their rights. He went to the Oceanfront to document the City’s response to these curfew laws, identified himself as a journalist, and was told he needed “credentials” that don’t exist in the ordinance. When he refused to produce ID on demand, he was arrested. He is now facing a class 1 misdemeanor punishable up to 1 year in jail and a $2500 fine. He spent the evening in jail in handcuffs. You don’t have to have “papers” to be press. Not under the law and certainly not under the illegal ordinance passed by VB City Council. If CNN was there - the police would have been a-ok. Sgt Barker is there - he gets cuffed and stuffed. What happens next? I beat his curfew charge (pro bono). Then a civil action against the city for this nonsense curfew. FAFO.

Terrible tragedy. His mistake was in picking up the rifle. The responding officers had no description beyond “man with a rifle.” Never approach a downed shooter. Find cover, wait for the police, do NOT put your hand anywhere your holstered gun, and do *exactly* as they command, and invoke your right to an attorney, then shut your pie hole.

On the afternoon of June 21, 2021, a Good Samaritan came upon a gunman named Ronald Troyke, who had just ambushed and killed Arvada Colorado police officer Gordon Beesley in Olde Town Square. The Good Samaritan ran towards the sound of gun fire with his concealed weapon and shot and killed Troyke, likely preventing a mass shooting. The Good Samaritan's reward for neutralizing an active shooter?? As he was disarming the killer, he was shot and killed by police officer Kraig Brownlow. The District Attorney later determined Brownlow's actions to be "legally justified." His name was Johnny Hurley. RIP, King.
