A lot of fuss on International Journalists event in National Press Club Islamabad is going on. Have some shame plus facts before you talk and criticise. What just happened is that @Matiullahjan919 invited foreign journalists, and in a small portion of that event, he presented the real face of "indepent journalism" in Pakistan. Bunch of accounts started spewing garbage and ofcourse "threats". Just for the reason that is was the event hosted by Matiullah Jan. If this would have been hosted by any of the system's self claimed spox, case would have been different. First of all, the people giving Ghaddari Fatwas need to step out of their selective reality shell and call spade a spade. Secondly, the fact is that dozens of journalists have been picked by the state agencies under "anti-pakistan" narrative spread charges over the years, in past regimes and then the present one, and surprisingly, each and every one of them got exonerated. Because all those cases were not just baseless and fabricated but designed to please higher authorities. Thirdly, dissent has been criminalised, be it journalist, academics, activists, or lawyers, every person who shows the courage to speak against state's desires get charged with draconian Peca law. Presenting a true picture is no way ghaddari, stop being more Pakistani and declaring others lesser Pakistani. Stop labelling people on your whim. Stop this mullah induced culture of giving invented fatwas. Stop spouting filth because of political differences. P.S: Hosting foreign journalista was indeed a positive activity, fake accounts needs to come up with atleast new script.
