📘 Mathematics Graphical Solution
✅ Learn how to solve a pair of linear equations graphically!
📈 Plot the lines, locate their intersection point, and determine the unique solution. Here, the lines meet at (6, 0), proving the system is consistent with one solution.

Most junior .NET mistakes are not about syntax. They are about habits that hurt you later.
The full list is in the image. Here are the four I see break things most often.
Blocking async with .Result. You have an async method, but instead of awaiting it you write .Result to grab the value right now. On a web request this can freeze the thread and deadlock the whole request, and it is painful to debug because it only shows up under load. Just await it. If a method is async all the way up, keep it async all the way up.
Returning entities instead of DTOs. You return your EF Core entity straight from the endpoint. Now your API leaks internal fields like password hashes, and your database shape is welded to your API shape, so every schema change risks breaking clients. Map to a small DTO that holds only what the caller needs. It is a little extra code that saves you a lot of pain.
N+1 queries. You load a list, then loop over it and pull related data one row at a time. Ten orders turns into eleven trips to the database. It feels fine on your machine with five rows and falls over in production with five thousand. Load what you need up front with Include, and check the SQL EF Core actually generates.
Writing no tests. "It worked on my machine" is not a safety net. Without tests, every change is a gamble and you find out it broke something after you deploy. You do not need full coverage on day one. A few tests on the logic that actually matters will catch the scary regressions before your users do.
Which of these did you learn the hard way?

Virtual Machine vs Container vs Serverless
𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 run a full operating system on top of virtualized hardware. They give you strong isolation and more control over the environment, but they are heavier because each VM carries its own OS.
𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 package an application with its dependencies and run as isolated processes on a shared host kernel. They are lighter than VMs, easier to move across environments, and commonly used for deploying microservices.
𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 let you deploy small units of code without managing the underlying servers. The cloud provider handles provisioning, scaling, and execution, which makes them useful for event-driven tasks like APIs, scheduled jobs, and queue processing.
Modern systems rarely pick one. It's common to see containers running inside VMs while serverless functions handle specific event-driven tasks, with each technology used for the workloads it suits best.
What else would you add?

🚨 Haitian National Sentenced to Nearly 10 Years for Stealing $58 Million in Medicare and Medicaid Fraud Scheme
Jean Jethro Alexandre, a 44-year-old Haitian citizen, operated fake clinics in South Florida that used sham patients and illegal kickbacks to bill Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers over $58 million for HIV drugs they never properly provided. He was sentenced to nearly 10 years in prison, ordered to pay $14.3 million in restitution, and will be deported after serving his time in an America prison… that we again pay for.

If this was the case, the only teams that would be in the current World Cup would be the US, Mexico, England, "Europe", France, Italy, Germany, Ireland, Canada, Iran, China and maybe Australia.

Shouldn't one of the requirements for a country to qualify to play in the World Cup that it be a country that people have heard of?
