All physical and circumstantial evidence points to the same person who confessed at least 5 times to different people verbally, in writing, in text and on message boards. There’s nothing “suspicious” about this case to me, other than the sheer amount of effort by some surprising actors, trying to get him off. I’ve seen countless murder convictions with far less physical evidence. 🤷‍♀️ Plus we haven’t even gotten to trial yet, so we haven’t gotten to see the state’s full case, and yet many leftist and “right wing” podcasters have been eager for months to stan for Charlie’s murderer and try to get him off. It’s Covid-level propaganda on podcasts these days. Mass formation psychosis. It’s gross. And yes disturbing, to say the least.

The bullet can't be identified. This obviously means the bullet couldn't possibly match the rifle. It therefore follows that the rest of the evidence must be overlooked. This is how logic and evidence work. I am very smart.

The gun not being a match AND unable to match the gun with the bullet are two different things. Gun not being a match means that the bullet was traced back to a gun that wasnt the suspects gun Unable to match the gun means the bullet was so fragmented they were unable match the bullet to any specific weapon, including the suspected weapon. Two different things.
