@fullairesmoon mine doesn’t have the specifics for one spray so it feels harder to track and not being able to track makes me genuinely paranoid and ill even tho i rationally know it’s not that big of a deal 🫥 but thank u that actually did help

i just used cooking oil spray i can literally see it on my food am i going to die please this is so scary i wish i hadn’t done it

@beedolcezza CABBAGE SOUP there are sooo many recipes on tiktok as long as you use a good broth it’ll have plenty of protein and cause of all the veggies it’s super high in fiber but overall very low in cal

@underyofeet protein bars sometimes scare me like why is this mini bar 200+ calories, same with protein shakes from time to time if im honest it seems like such a big calorie amount¿¿ maybe i need to let a little loose with the cal to protein ratio

@beedolcezza Tofu, pea protein, and protein bars are what I usually go for, most of the time I end up around 40-45 grams of protein
